З 24 лютого, і цілий тиждень, до 1 березня українці святкуватимуть Масницю.
Це свято символізує прихід весни та пробудження природи. В цей час наші предки не тільки прощалися з зимою, а також вшановували Сонце. Вони пекли маленькі сонечка – млинці, які зараз стали основним символом свята. Крім млинців на Масляну також готують оладки, пироги, вареники, сирники, пампушки, булочки та іншу випічку. Гарно відсвяткувати Масляну, до речі, здавна вважається хорошою прикметою – значить, рік буде ситим та врожайним!
Ось і у нашому ліцеї святкування цього чудового народного свята розпочалося з виховного заходу “Масляна, яка ж ти красна!”, що влаштували учні групи 30 та майстер в/н Гончар В.Ф. Під час свята усі запрошені ознайомилися з традиціями святкування, продемонстрували звичаї та обряди. Дійство було організовано у вигляді конкурсно-розважальної програми, під час якої здобувачі освіти взяли участь у веселих конкурсах, розвагах. Учні 30 групи навчили своїх товаришів-першокурсників формувати різні види млинчиків та пригостили усіх охочих символом свята Масниці. Під час свята майбутні кухарі-кондитери мали змогу продемонструвати види сучасної подачі виробів з млинчикового тіста, а учасники гуртка “Карвінг” показали набуті вміння і навички по фігурному нарізанні овочів і фруктів!
