18.02.2020 року у ДПТНЗ «Рокитнянський професійний ліцей» відбувся відкритий методичний захід авторська дошка майстра педагогічної справи «Шлях до самовдосконалення».
Серед багатьох педагогічних професій є одна особлива – майстер виробничого навчання. Її назва на перший погляд є звичайною і простою. Та якщо подивитись глибше в її сутність, осмислити значення кожного слова, тоді й виявиться, що мова йде про одну з найскладніших і найвідповідальніших професій. Адже майстер у професійному закладі – це передусім педагог, основний організатор виробничого навчання учнів, їхній наставник, вихователь. Високий професіоналізм і компетентність, глибокі педагогічні й виробничі знання, володіння найскладнішими вміннями й навичками на рівні останніх досягнень науково-технічного прогресу, любов до вихованців і милосердя, доброта і чуйність та інші загальнолюдські якості мають бути притаманними йому.
Саме такі якості притаманні майстру виробничого навчання нашого ліцею Глущенко Любов Іванівні, яка удосконалює свої професійні компетентності через систему методичної роботи. У створенні особистісно орієнтованої системи професійного зростання вагому роль відіграє організація самоосвітньої діяльності. Вона моделює особистий розвиток, забезпечуючи безперервне професійне зростання.
Шляхом досконалої організації самоосвітньої діяльності Любов Іванівна постійно удосконалює професійну майстерність, створює свій особистий імідж.
Майстер виробничого навчання поділилась своїми здобутками з теми «Мультимедійне оснащення на уроках виробничого навчання», презентувала всім присутнім навчальний відеофільм з професії «маляр; штукатур» на тему: «Нанесення акрилової тонкошарової декоративної штукатурки на поверхню. Створення різних фактур», який посів І місце в обласному етапі Всеукраїнського фестивалю навчальних фільмів «Урок майстра», продемонструвавши високий рівень професійної компетентності. Цікаво, творчо і змістовно представила систему своєї роботи.
Така форма методичної роботи сприяла пропаганді педагогічного досвіду педагога ліцею з питань нових технологій, організації освітньої роботи в закладі та надихнула присутніх колег на подальшу ефективну роботу та удосконалення, відповідно до вимог часу.
Майстер клас дав змогу кожному пізнати себе, зрозуміти власний емоційний стан, визначити шляхи саморозвитку та самовдосконалення. Відповідальні за проведення заходу – базовий методист Стасишин О.С., голова регіонального об’єднання природничо – наукових дисциплін
