В українській кухні  безліч рецептів млинців і млинчиків, з начинкою і без неї. І тут теж величезний простір для кулінарної творчості. Ми поділимося оригінальним рецептом млинчиків, давнім рецептом яких поділилася з нами жителька нашого селища Півень Віра Григорівна. Для них  готують горіхову начинку з молоком, цукром, родзинками.
