Для багатьох з нас згадка про цю національну страву – це мала подорож в наше минуле, до великих сімейних зустрічей на важливі родинні чи духовні свята. Тому й не дивно, що полюбивши вареники з дитинства, апетит до них не зникає ні в 40, ні у 80 років.
Повна зала гостей зібралася на ліцейне свято
«Ода українським вареникам».
Саме таку незвичайну назву мало свято, яке викладачі та майстри виробничого навчання, учні влаштували у рамках проєкту «Київщина кулінарна: традиції та сучасність».
Під час свята учні продемонстрували давні традиції приготування вареників, старовинні обряди ворожіння, дійство супроводжувалося піснями, танцями. Ну і яке ж свято без частування цією неймовірно смачною стравою?
